Preface
lagci helps you answer questions such as:
How long after a glucose spike does my heart-rate change?
Which biomarker moves firstโcortisol or cytokine?
It combines sliding windows, LOESS smoothing and bootstrap correction to estimate robust lagged correlations, and identify the causal relationships between molecules.
